Dense white head with solid lacing. Body is a clear light straw. Nose is fresh squeezed citrus hoppiness with pine resin and sweet bready malt. All of the above in the taste profile with a solid hoppy aftertaste and a touch of soapiness. Solid astringency.

This brown poured just that, deep reddish brown colour with a creamy brown head. Nice lacing. Scents include caramel, light coffee, roasted malt and flour. First swig was delicious and creamy. Flavours of coffee, molasses, cocoa and a little black cherry. Finish is roasted malt and med coffee lingering.

Can that pours a hazy, light golden colour with a frothy-bubbly off-white cap, very long lasting, leaving foamy patches. Was expecting sweet aromas as a wheat beer, but the hops in this one seem to balanced this out nicely. Not too hoppy in the taste though, but just enough to go down well. Wheat is mild, and hop finish is blended good with bitterness and dryness. Some nice citrus and grassy notes. This is nice.

Almost pure black with no highlights. From the can comes a big light mocha-coloured frothy, bubbly head, very good retention and some foamy-creamy lacing left. Warm alcohol nose with lots of roasted malts. Hints of coffee, dark fruits and very minimal chocolate notes. The taste is big on the roasted malts as well and some decent dark fruits, mostly prunes. The alcohol is well-hidden in the mouthfeel though. Well-balanced hops in the finish. Quite a nice Imperial Porter, but chocolate is not really apparent. So, wish I could taste these cocoa nibs from our local source in Almonte, Ontario.

Pours a clean golden-amber colour with a bubbly-frothy light-beige head, good stay and some sticky lacing. Fruity apricot aromas over the Pale Ale hops. Some iced tea hints. The mouthfeel is dry. Some notes of cereal grain, peach and the apricot in the finish. Pretty nice.
