ABV: 4.5%. Clear medium amber yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, spicy, pumpkin spices, sweet malt. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration, spicy bitter, pumpkin spices, caramel. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20230114]

Bottle @ Haderslebener beer tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are rich pumpkin, spices, hops, malt and ginger. Spicy pumpkin finish.

Bottle, I believe from Beyond Beer, drunk once the water pipe has been safely reburied after two nights of minus ten Celsius, fortunately without freezing solid. Mostly clear light gold, nice fine head. Spicy nose with some light bubblegum and mineral notes. Flavor is pretty metallic and astringent, along with a rather unpleasant (although not overly strong) bitterness. I'm left wondering if something is wrong with the water chemistry, that's my best guess. Bad batch?

Small cream head, over fully muddy orange-brown beer. Oxydized malts (BBd still OK), dark malts, aged beer hints, madeirisation. Caramel, rosewater, bitter-ish (as orangezeste), over caramelly sweet, caramelized beer. The orange is only in the zeste mode; Quite well-bodied, viscous, oily; good carbonation. Afteraste carries Mandarine Napoléon, and more surprisingly, black olives. Strange oxydative features - but in the end, it remains quite nice, and even convincing Bock. Thanks to Joren for bringing!
