500ml bottle from Real English Drinks. Gluten Free. Orangey amber colour, off-white foamy head and aroma of zesty citrus, hops. Taste is malty, toffee hint, caramel, some grain, fruity, woody and mellow citrusy hop bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry tangy bitter finish. Quite drinkable.

Freebie from Kelvedon Spice with my ginournous takeaway. Clear deep gold, decent white head. Palate is on the soft side for a lager but then this is a curry lager so probably designed not to be gassy. Smooth malts and some reasonable hoppage. What let's this one down is the high esters. Very banana esters. Still, half a bottle washed this spicier elements of me dinner down.

Bottle on the Norfolk Dumpling, thanks to Neil Samosa, 27/01/24. Golden blonde with a just off white cap that thins to a swirl. Nose is straw, grains, lemon zest, herb. Taste comprises hedgerow, straw, grains, stewed fruits, herb. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Passable.

500ml bottle from Sandy Balls Holiday Village farm shop, also drunk at Sandy Balls Holiday Village. Pours a clear gold, white head. Gentle pale malt aroma, not detecting the agave, nor to taste either. Obviously light bodied, very gentle sweetness, gentle pale malt. Standard AF lager, light bitterness, gassy. Fine for what it is.

50cl Fles van Dunster Deli. Hepworth Conqueror Sussex Stout. Zwarte kleur, beige kraag. Hint van koffie, Engelse drop, wat caramel, brownie, lichte stout maar wel op smaak. Degelijk.
