Bottle courtesy of Mum and Keith, consumed at home Sunday 15th January 2017 whilst cooking Mechoui. Another half decent beer from Cottage Delight, ok so it’s no world-beating bitter but it’s fine. Pours chestnut brown with a slim off-white head. The aroma is clean, a little malty verging on clinical, but ok. It’s malty, low bitterness levels, a little soft creamy nutty edge, not much else but it’s fine. A6 A4 T6 P3 Ov12 3.1

Bottle courtesy of Mum and Keith, consumed at home Saturday 14th January 2017 Pours gold/amber with a slim white filmy head, soft in the mouth. It’s another beer from this outfit that’s actually ok. I feel like I was going to have downer on this brewery but they’ve turned out to be ok, I knew it was never going to be a world beater, it just has a light fruitiness, very little in the way of hops, not much bitterness, it’s fine. Bottle courtesy of Mum and Keith (cheers!) from St Peters Garden Centre, Norton, Worcester, Worcestershire, , consumed at Mum and Keighs, Kempsey, Nr Worcester, Worcestershire, Friday 30th December 2016 Pours golden with a slim white head. A little sweet but pretty spritzy, I had rather negative ideas about this (the jokey label did it no favours) however it’s ok, not great. Fruity a bit of boiled sweet let’s it down a bit but otherwise ok. A6 A4 T6 P3 Ov11 3.0

500ml bottle from Buxton Pavilion shop. Pours clear orange, thin but persistent bubbly head. Aroma is smooth caramel, soft apple fruit & brown sugar. Taste is smooth, light and pleasantly fruity. Quite a vibrant apple fruit character with minimal astringency and just the lightest tannic hint. Surprisingly lovely cider.
