Corked bottle. Orange golden color. White pepper, vanilla. citrus and brett in the complex aroma. Thinnish. Bretty, leathery, slightly sour flavor with vanilla and white pepper. Great complexity, great beer.

Bottle from Benzai, thanks! Deep dark brown color. Gusher, pours a huge head. Roast, white pepper and licorice in both aroma and flavor. Hints of coffee. A soft roasty and grassy hopbitterness in the finish. Good beer!

Corked bottle. Blonde, hazy. Citrus, onions, white pepper and brett in the aroma. Grassy herbal notes. Upcoming citric sourness. Hints of pineapple and raspberry. Some remaining grassy hops. Totally dry, it seems that every Oersoep beer has brett lately. I don’t mind at all!

Corked bottle. Blonde. Whitepepper, citrus and bubblegum in the aroma. Thin. Herbal, peppery flavor with citrus and raspberry, some remaining hops. Totally dry. Very tasty beer.

Corked bottle. Deep dark brown color.. Overwhelming aroma sour malt, confit cherry, licorice, balsamic vinegar. Sour acidic flavor. Apple and milk sourness. Citrus and red berries. Amazingly complex with a well handled sourness. Great beer!

Corked bottle. Dark amber color. Whisky aroma with some citric notes. Just the slightest hint of peat. Totally dry whisky flavor. Hint of citrus in the background. Fizzy, sharp mouthfeel. Amazingly this very tasty beer has only 5% ABV.

Corked bottle. One year old, but still a great black IPA that has kept well. Reddish brown color. Roast and berries in the aroma. Firm roasty grassy hopbitter flavor with red and black berries. Hint of Tobacco.
