Corked bottle. Blonde, pours a huge head. Slight gusher. Lemon, onion and leather in the aroma.Floral citric hops, leather, onion, sulphur and bitter walnuts in the flavor. Totally dry. Complex. Interesting.

Bottle from Benzai, thanks! Deep dark brown color. Gusher, pours a huge head. Roast, white pepper and licorice in both aroma and flavor. Hints of coffee. A soft roasty and grassy hopbitterness in the finish. Good beer!

Corked bottle. Blonde, hazy. Citrus, onions, white pepper and brett in the aroma. Grassy herbal notes. Upcoming citric sourness. Hints of pineapple and raspberry. Some remaining grassy hops. Totally dry, it seems that every Oersoep beer has brett lately. I don’t mind at all!
