Corked bottle. Black colored. malty, roasty peaty, salty aroma. Seaweed. Malty sweetish, alcoholic flavor with dark chocolate. Salty notes, licorice and hints of peat. The peaty, oaky character could be a bit more pronounced. Still a very pleasant imperial stout.

Tap @ Borefts 2013. Blonde, hazy. Grassy citric hops in the aroma. Firm grassy citric earthy hopbitter flavor, lingering on in the aftertaste. Cabbage notes. Decent.

Corked bottle. Reddissh deep dark brown color. Raspberries and dark chocolate in the firm aroma. Raspberries dominating the flavor. A slight tartness, just hints of chocolate. Raspberry and roast in the aftertaste. Delicious.

Corked bottle. Thanks Maarten! Amber color. Peach, figs and floral hops in the aroma. Fizzy. Malty caramelly flavor with hints of cacao and figs. Nutty aftertaste. Some floral bitterness.

21 bottles only! This was one of them. Dark brown color. Raspberry jam in the vinous aroma. Sour raspberry flavor with chocolate hidden behind it. Hints of roast, getting stronger as the beer warms. Deep, rather complex fruity beer. Enjoyable.

Corked bottle. Pale golden color. White pepper in the floral aroma. Hints of red fruit. Floral, peppery flavor. Bubblegum. A soft bretty sourness. Red fruit. Thinnish but nice.

Corked bottle. Slight gusher. Deep dark brown color. Roast, lemon and leather in both aroma and flavor. Hints of coffee, Thin, but full of flavor. Coffee and chocolate aftertaste. Totally dry. Again a well made beer from Oersoep.

Corked bottle. Blonde. Pours a huge head. Citrus, pineapple and leather in the aroma. Bonedry, grassy hopbitter flavor with bitter walnuts, oak, grapefruit and leather. Vinegar notes. Long bitter aftertaste. Interesting.
