No head to speak of, over muddy brown-ochre beer. Lemon, wood, barnyard, horseblanket, leather, chocolate, green herbs. Dry-bitterish, wet wood, bit watery, lemon, lactic acid. Light body, undercarbonated. Long-lasting flavours. Nose is fantastic, promising much more complexity than the bit watery rest yielded.

(Bottle, Café Gollem, Amsterdam, 16 Feb 2019) Hazy golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, slightly sourish nose with notes of bread, citrus, lime, dough and a touch of coriander. Fruity, slightly tart taste with lemon, coriander, bread and a light saltiness. Medium body, quite dry. Fairly sharp carbonation. Tasty and well made gose. Nice one.
