33cl Bottle from Vonk. Black colour, beige head. Aroma of roasted malts, raspberries, hint of tobacco. Flavour is light to medium sweet, roast, raspberries, hint of caramel, light soapy, bitter finish. Light bodied, thin. Decent, like the raspberries in this.

On tap at Helst. Slightly hazy pale golden colour, white head. Aroma of grain, some wet socks, hint of lemony hops. Flavour follows, very faint and light. Light bodied. Expected a lot more.

Bottle at home. Pours cloudy pale dark golden with no head. Sour and salty grain, bready, ashy, smokey treebark and lemony tart. Moderate sour, salty and bitter. Light sweetness in the bready aftertaste. Under medium body and low on carbonation. Smokers’ piss. This is very niche, possibly only enjoyed by undead vikings with a pee fetish.
