Description
Oersoep is een craft beer brouwerij met een grote liefde voor droge, zure, hoppige en funky bieren. Creativiteit, ambacht en plezier zijn de kern van Oersoep. De brouwerij is volledig gefinancierd door crowdfunding. In 2023 verhuisd van het voormalige Honig-terrein naar het Waalplein, waar nu het Oersoep Brouwlab zit. Grote batches bier worden (voorlopig) elders gebrouwen.

From can at Mout Bierfestival Nijmegen 2021. Aroma is a bit funky with wheat, lemon, citrus. Tart and mild sour flavour. Pretty light and refreshing, funky but not in a bretty way.

From bottle at Mout Bierfestival Nijmegen 2021. Citrussy aroma with some Saison yeast. Mild spicy, peppery, light pale malt. Some floral hints, herbal-ish. Medium body. Nice.

From tap at De Drie Dorstige Herten, Utrecht. Nicely funky and grassy aroma with citrus. Moderate to medium bitter with a dry finish. Medium body. Good farmhouse aroma, bretty, dry. Good!

330ml bottle, 6.0%, from Jumbo supermarket in Rotterdam. Pours a hazy amber with a white head. Aromas & tastes of citrus, melon, pine & hops. Medium body. Medium bitter finish. Enjoyable

Tap at Amersfoorts Bockbier Festival, 2016: Hazy very dark brown colored brew with slightly sweet bitter taste and there is also some sour too. Hints of caramel, sour apple and chocolate. This Dunkler Bock wants to be something from the west of Brussels.
