Bottled. Clear dark amber. Buttery malt aroma. Sweet with soft, rich, delicate malt character but also a wealth of carbonization. Grassy and lightly roasty. Overcarbonated, but what a fantastic malt flavour!

Draught. Fruity aroma with some citric acidity. Refreshing flavour with citrus, hint of yeast. Not very pleasant aftertaste. Yellow colour, creamy white head.

A hazy amber beer with a light brown disappearing head. The aroma is sweet with primary notes of caramel, but also notes of spices. The flavor is sweet with primary notes of yeast, but also citrus is present. The mouthfeel is dry.

Bottle. Yeasty aroma. Yellow colour with firm white head. Peppery, yeasty, sweetish and boring flavour.

Pale golden, good whitish rim. Little spicey nose (heather blossom), honey and nutmeg. In the taste, fine honeyish flavour and maybe coriander, neither very marked however. Light bodied, not fizzy but very well carbonated. Good, but not really great.

Bottle Frothy, off-white head - moslty diminishing. Spare lace. Amber, sparkling body. Toffee, herbs, medicine in the aroma. Medium to fully bodied. Averagily carbonation. Moderately bitter, lightly sweet initial flavour. Lightly bitter (averagily long finish. Actually I don’t get why this is so superb.

[Draft at ZBF 2004] A yellow beer with a smal disappearing head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of yeast. The flavor is very pilsner like - malty, but lacking bitterness, which makes it too sweet and the body is thin - so this is not a good version of a pilsener.

(Draught) Straw-gold; very fine dense head, not stable. Pale malts, (very) vague patchouli in the nose. A dry malty pilsener, some hints of corn (DMS?), but a very hoppy finish (pure aroma hops, no bitterness). Light, with appropriate body, quite dry. Good artisinal pils.
