Bottle. Pour a deep burgundy-purple with a pink head. Aroma is like berries and grains. The taste is like sour berries. Pretty good beer.

Bottle. Brownish amber with a two finger head. Taste was grains with a strange aftertaste still liked it.

Аромат солодовый как у немного разбавленного барлика, ощущается нотки патоки, легкая травянистость, немного есть ассоциаций с карамелью и кофе. Цвет темно коричневый, пенки почти нет. Вкус отличный, как и ожидалось это очень крепкий альтбир. Есть много солода, усиливается травянистость, при глотке немного хмеля горчиночка появляется. В послевкусие есть нотки от карамлеи и кофе, но совсем чутка. Снова немного карамели и патоки, но в основе травянистость и пресность. В целом, мне зашло. Кстати вообще 10 градусов не ощущается.

Bottled. Hazy yellow colour with a small white head. Aroma is wheat, yeasty, some spicy tones with mild citrus as well. Flavour is wheat, yeast, spices, herbs and some mild toffeeish tones.

Draught. Hazy yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is citrus, some wheat, mild yeasty and mild toffee tones. Flavour is toasted, some wheat, mild yeasty and spicy tones along with some slight herbal elements. Simplistic and easy going.

Keg at ORB, Darlington. Pours clear dark brown with a thin beige head. Aromas of smoke, currants, tangy sour funk. Taste is toffee, more currants, sour and wood. Light smoky sour finish. Very nice.

Tap at Beergeek Bar. Dark amber-cola body. Smokey, cheesy, slightly hoppy taste. Lean, dry malty taste, prosciutto, underlying hoppiness, light tartness, quite drinkable. Very interesting stuff, very well hidden alcohol!

Thx to Andreas Z. for this bottle. Black-reddish, opaque color with a tan-reddish head. Nose is Smoky-fruity with red berries. Taste follows the nose. Nice combination of fruity taste and a bacon style smoky flavors. Nice.
