The Park Brewery
Microbrewery in Kingston upon Thames, Greater London, England 🏴
Established in 2014
Inspired by the new wave of microbreweries surfacing at the time, and loving the great beers coming through, Josh purchased a home brew kit to learn more about the process and started experimenting with the wonderful world of hops.
We named ourselves The Park Brewery due to our location, next to our favourite open space – Richmond Park. In an increasingly fast paced world, time out and nature is really important to us. We like to think our beer represents this – a moment to reflect – beer to be considered and enjoyed.

Keg at the Lyric, Soho. It pours slightly hazy golden - yellow with a decent fluffy white head. The aroma is pleasing tropical aroma, ripe pineapple, mango salsa, coconut vibes, juicy, green, herbal and slight aniseed. The taste is crisp, dry, snappy, pleasing bitterness, pithy, zesty, waxy lemon peel, green, herbal, pineapple & coconut sabro vibes, floral, slightly soapy and minerality with a drying finish. Average body and fairly high, fizzy carbonation. Taste doesn't quite live up to the aroma. Decent enough anyway.

Cask at The Lyric, Soho. It pours clear golden - blonde with a thick, fluffy white head. The aroma is fresh, clean, bright, pleasant berry character, soft summer fruits, piney and some floral accents. The taste is crisp, dry, clean malt base, airy, bitter snap, touch green, floral, piney, pithy citrus, soft ripe berry, raspberry and blueberry with a drying finale. Light body and well appointed cask carbonation. Fresh and good chugger. Decent.

Almost clear yellow/amber pour with a small white head. Melon, grapefruit, some more citrus. Not bad at all.

Pitstop på The Lyrics, 1/3 pint fra fat: klar gylden med fint skum som varer. Grapefrukt og andre citrusfrukter inkl. engelsk appelsinmarmelade, furunåler og noe barskog. Tørr, bitter og lett å helle over drøvelen.
