Description
We’re Josh and Frankie, husband and wife. We set up The Park Brewery in 2014 with the aim of creating really sumptuous juicy beers. Hop forward, stand out ales to be savoured and enjoyed.
Inspired by the new wave of microbreweries surfacing at the time, and loving the great beers coming through, Josh purchased a home brew kit to learn more about the process and started experimenting with the wonderful world of hops.
We named ourselves The Park Brewery due to our location, next to our favourite open space – Richmond Park. In an increasingly fast paced world, time out and nature is really important to us. We like to think our beer represents this – a moment to reflect – beer to be considered and enjoyed.

Cask at White Hart, Chobham. Clear light gold. Thin foamy white head with healthy lacing. Aroma is sweet. Fruity and floral. A slightly citrusy edge. Flavour has initial sweet fruits and malts before a sour edged bitterness appears. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft-flat carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Serviceable pale.

Handpull cask at Park Brew & Kitchen. Mid-gold and clear with a smattering of whitish head. Light aroma of marmalade and slightly vegetal notes. Bittersweet taste, herbal, vegetables, some overripe fruit. Medium body, little carbonation. Not great.

Cask at the Southampton Arms, London on 3rd July 2026. Slightly hazy coppery amber with lasting shallow off-white foam and full lacing. Rich nutty malts and citrus peel in aroma. Tangy fruits, zesty peels and gingery spices in-mouth. A lush finish of spices and citrus zests, rounded by a resilient malt line. Full bodied with a zingy mouthfeel. Superb.

Keg at the Lyric, Soho. It pours slightly hazy golden - yellow with a decent fluffy white head. The aroma is pleasing tropical aroma, ripe pineapple, mango salsa, coconut vibes, juicy, green, herbal and slight aniseed. The taste is crisp, dry, snappy, pleasing bitterness, pithy, zesty, waxy lemon peel, green, herbal, pineapple & coconut sabro vibes, floral, slightly soapy and minerality with a drying finish. Average body and fairly high, fizzy carbonation. Taste doesn't quite live up to the aroma. Decent enough anyway.

Cask at The Lyric, Soho. It pours clear golden - blonde with a thick, fluffy white head. The aroma is fresh, clean, bright, pleasant berry character, soft summer fruits, piney and some floral accents. The taste is crisp, dry, clean malt base, airy, bitter snap, touch green, floral, piney, pithy citrus, soft ripe berry, raspberry and blueberry with a drying finale. Light body and well appointed cask carbonation. Fresh and good chugger. Decent.

Almost clear yellow/amber pour with a small white head. Melon, grapefruit, some more citrus. Not bad at all.
