Cask at CBC Clerkenwell - London. Pours clear golden yellow with a foamy white head. The nose holds lemon rind, hay, faint plastic. Light sweet flavor with a bit of plastic-like astringency, further lemon, grains, hay. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Dry and fairly bitter on the finish, some grass and pithy citrus. OK.

Craft Clerkenwell. Cask. Almost clear gold beer, tidy off white head. Palate is smooth with mild fine carbonation. Light pale malts do a good job of suporting floral citric hops, bitterish orange and lemon with a light floral sweetness. Finishes smooth and semi dry with a citric peel bitter and hop spice linger. Well joined up and drinkable.

Hops dominate with some fairly bitter ripe orange. Touches of lemon and floralness. Nice red berry fruits. Mild hop spice. Finishes smooth and semi dry with a long bitter linger. Strong hop presence but slightly flat.

Bottle shared at the ’Beers of London’ Tasting MkII, Bespin Cloud City - Hyde Park zone, thanks to Ferris, 11/02/15. Lightly hazed orange with a moderate off white covering. Nose is citric sherbet, apricot, mango, melon, tangerine. Taste comprises chalky minerals, melon, orange pith, peach, earthy hop. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a hoppy rinse. Decent enough SIPA.

Bottle shared at Leightons pad. From cotteridge wines. Light haze pale golden coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is nice tropical fruits, peach and passion fruits, Nice tropical fruit hop. Flavour is composed of flabby Base grains with a little straw, hedgerow berry, citrus, pollen, passion fruit. Nice oat. Firm slightly rough bitterness. Nice hop character. Palate is medium full and chewy, grainy with moderate carbonation.

Bottle shared in London - many thanks to Fergus. Pours lightly hazy gold with a foamy white head. The nose holds grainy pale malts, some citrus fruits. Light-medium sweet flavor, pretty clean, with piney bitterness, minerals, rind. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Pithy finish with more minerals, lemon and grapefruit rind, mild pale malt sweetness. Not bad.

Keykeg at Cotteridge Tasting, Saturday 24th January 2015 Coffee in mouth, devoid of much sweetness, tidy coffee stout. Quite soft in mouth. bitter and roasty linger. Bloody good start to my beer drinking today. Btw a nice range of keykeg by the boys at Cotteridge. A7 A4 T8 P4 Ov15 3.8
