Sampled @ GBBF. Opaque black color, small white head. Smell and taste malts, light to moderately roasty, dark malts, earthy, earthy malty bitterness. Decent body and carbonation.

Cask at Derehams Inn beer festival, High Wycombe. Gold with a small white head. Light citrus and floral notes. A surprising sharpness fails to stop it being rather forgettable.

Cask at CBC, Clerkenwell, on 6th June 2014. Copper with tiny ring and spot lacing. Pungent yeasty aroma with lemon citrus. Lemon-and-lime citrus in-mouth with caramel malts and a touch of savoury in the mix. Sweet malty and fruity finish. Zingy mouthfeel and medium body.

Cask-conditioned at the Gryphon, Bristol. Amber with a decent, and frothy, off-white head. Big orange fruits, sweetish, rich tea biscuit malts, plenty of leafy hops and a decent, bitter finish. Enjoyable.

Clear pale gold beer, decent white head. Palate is crisp and semi dry. Orange pith, orange marmalade hops with a touch of floral things. Juicy tropical fruits but very light, still adds colour though. Dry bitterness dominates the dry finish. Not bad just a bit dry.

Cask (handpump) @ GBBF 2013, Great British Beer Festival, London Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London, England W14 8UX. [ As Dancing Duck DCUK ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, fruity, pale malt, light to moderate hoppy, citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, fruity, citrus, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20130813]
