Hazy amber beer, decent cream colour head. Palate is light, semi dry and minerally crisp. Light unsweet malts. Bitter biscuit. Robust floral bitterness. Unsweet dried fruits. Little toffee before a light dry finish. The bitterness calms down a bit as the beer warms up but it’s still a bitter Alt.

Light haze on this deep amber beer, good pale cream colour head. Palate is light, semi dry and minerally crisp. Dry but fruiyt ginger kicks off, not generating much heat. Pith and marmalade and then a little semi sweet floralness before a dry finish. Modest bitter linger. Not bad, could be bolder.
