Bottle at Cotteridge Convention 2017. It pours murky dark amber - brown with a medium beige head. The aroma is quite soft, toasty, roasted malt, coffee, grainy, brown bread and greenness. The taste is chewy, roasted malt, quite sweet, coffee, green veg, peasy, oily, umami, tangy fruits, some alcohol and leather. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Has this kind of green coffee character which I don’t really like. So-so.

Bottle shared at Cotteridge convention 05/03/2016. Many thanks to Dave for this one. A clear mahogany brown coloured pour with a thin tan head. Aroma is spicy coffee bean, berry, vanilla. Flavour is composed of of rich dark choc, grainy, vanilla. Palate is medium light, grainy, semi sweet. . Decent.

Bottle at home. Pours deep orange, amber, nose is vanilla, roasted, coffee, caramel, berries, taste is similar, a little sweeter than the Master.

Bottle at CWC III; cloudy orange/amber pour with a bubbly beige head, aroma has coffee and some rich malts, taste has some chocolate, dark roast, big coffee.

Sample at the Cotteridge Convention III 2017. Poured a hazy medium amber with a bubbly white head. The aroma is dry coffee light fruit. The flavour is moderate sweet with a light dry fruity coffee palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

[ As Steel City / Lost Industry / Landlocked AFA ].Clear medium yellow colour with a small to average, open and frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, fruity malt, pale malt, moderate hoppy, pine, grass, fruity hops, citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to light light heavy bitter with a long duration, pale malt, fruity malt, fruity hops, citrus, grass, hop bitter.
