Clear dark brown to black beer, small creamy beige head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: soft roast, sourish impression, some caramel, malty, lots of grains. MF: soft carbon, medium to full body, creamy texture. Taste: nice roast, soft sweetness, lots of chocolate, bit of mocha, bitter touch, cocoa powder. Aftertaste: little watery, lots of dark chocolate ice cream, alcohol noticeable, soft acidity, malty touch.

Bière 33 cl bue au Beerchope à Lille. Nez sur le café torréfié, notes de sauce worcestershire, champignon, forêt, côté légèrement aigre et acidulé, le tout est très acenant. En bouche cela se confirme, avec un aspect torréfié, du café, du fruit rouge mûr, une pointe d'acidité avec un ensemble qui reste pourtant assez léger.

Bière 33 cl bue au Beerchope à Lille. Nez sur le chocolat. Brune très sombre, mousse qui ne tient pas, on dirait un Coca-Cola. Faible carbonatation, comme une stout. Chocolat, sucre, côté torrefié et long en bouche, on a l'impression de boire un mokaccino. Côté vineux et café. Texture huileuse. Servie pas trop fraiche, un délice. Pas écoeurante, vraiment excellente.

Bottle shared with Višnja 666 and Pilot Goran at a Mega Tasting, September 9th 2017. Hazy amber with a golden tint, medium head. Malty, spicy, fruity, gluey. Sweet and lightly sugary. Strong, medium to full body. Very good, but not impressive.

Bouteille 33cl @ Niamey Craft beer tasting and bbq, merci Ludo. Ambre, col fin blanc-cassé. Arôme offre un bouquet légèrement malté, petite note de fumé sur un rétro candi caramélisé, l'effet d'effluves iodées des huîtres est quasi absent. Peu d'impact du houblonné avec un malté très dominant. Palais est plaisant sur le fumé léger ponctué par un caractère caramel, finement minéral - en ayant pris note qu'il y avait des huîtres. Douceur latente en fin de bouche, note biscuitée et rappel anglais voire belge dans la levure. Alcool ressort assez bien.
