Bottle with swingtop 0,75ltr: Hazy amber coloured brew with an good fruity (apple it think?). Some hints of caramel too. Quite good one, if you like Pelforth brown, you will likes this one more.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso resta attratto dal fruttato. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma dalla scarsa tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana media. Il liquido appare velato. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è nella norma. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. In bocca l'aroma è quello di caramello, miele, cracker, frutta secca, erbaceo, agrumi, arancia rossa, cannella, erbe aromatiche, uvetta bagnata nel rum, foglie e vino rosso.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso propende per il frumento. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale, permanendo in maniera sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine, con carbonazione abbondante. Il colore è giallo paglierino. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è di media potenza. La forza gustativa è elevata e permane in maniera sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Il tetto della bocca porta note di miele, frumento, un accenno di resinoso, agrumi, spezie e banana.

Uklar, strågul, ein del partiklar. Aroma er fruktig, hint av saltvatn og røyk. Lett syrleg, frisk og fruktig, tørr. Lite hint av papp på slutten.

November 2013: On tap at Amundsen, Oslo. ABV was 6.9%. Ruby red colour, moderate off-white head. Nice aroma and flavour of Christmas spices, malts and caramel. Not too sweet, pleasant. Would buy again. *Sampled again from 750 ml swingtop bottle today.

@ Carpe Diem, Arras. Hazy blond colour, white foam. Nose of citrus, a bit herbal, toast and sweet malts. Enjoying bitter sweet finish. Not bad.
