Lors de leur création, les brasseurs occupent un local dans un fond de cour, rue Saint-Patrick dans le quartier Côte-Saint-Paul, dans l'arrondissement du sud-ouest de Montréal.
Le succès rapide des bières Glutenberg oblige les Brasseurs sans gluten à déménager dans de plus grands locaux dans un complexe industriel du quartier Mercier (rue Dickson).
Elle fait partie du Groupe Glutenberg, qui sera acheté par Groupe Triani en 2022.
Le Groupe Triani a lui même été racheté en 2024 par le Groupe Prime Drink.

Slightly hazy gold with a two-finger head. Aroma is citrus and pine resin. Taste is also citrus and pine resin. Not good.

Hazy gold in color with a three-finger head. Aroma is citrus fruit and tropical fruit. Taste is citrus fruit, tropical fruit and pine resin wit a bitter finish but a really good beer.

Floral lemon/orange, coriander, quinoa/millet malt, and straw aroma. Cloudy golden yellow with moderate white head. Moderately sweet orange, lemon, coriander, millet/quinoa malt, and mildly bitter grass flavor. Good body. Pretty good - one I wouldn't mind drinking again.

16oz can - sampled mainly to try a gluten-free beer. Was okay - solid flavor and spice.
From backlog. Can, Total Wine, Brentwood, Tn. Amber with offwhite head. Malts, hops, yeast, Caramel, nutty, molases, sweetness.

Can. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, some nectary and mild nutty and some strange grainy elements. Flavour is floral, some wooden and mild grainy elements.

6/10/2023. Can shared at Ulfborg. Pours slightly hazy pale gold with a frothy white head. Aroma of corn, millet, straw, slight mucky notes. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Moderate body, quite fizzy. Not a fan.

Frothy white fair mostly diminishing head. Yellow colour. MOderate malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. oily palate.
