A light amber beer with no head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of black currants. The flavor is malty and the hops prickles the tongue. The palate is thin.

Good looking beer with typical Pilsner characteristics. Better than Corona, but heemer's got it right about there being better beer in Mexico. Still better than most U.S. macros.

This is better than a Corona, but there are better beers in Mexico. Typical light lager to me (No Vienna Here!). Drinkable.

The taste and smell of Corona and Corona Light are very skunky at times (sure, add a lime and it's not a bad beer, but should I REALLY have to ADD something to a beer to make it drinkable??). There's virtually no taste to this besides the bit of skunkiness, but it does go down semi-smooth.

A couple of my friends used to live to drink Corona... WHY? Though it’s not bad with a lime (yes it is, who am I kidding?), you shouldn’t need to add anything to a beer for it to taste good. The smell is awful, very skunky... and sometimes the taste matches the smell. Nothing impressive about this beer.

The best thing going for Corona is it's a pretty beer to look at and you don't have to open it or drink it to get the benefit of looking at it with the nice clear bottle. A real good beer if you like this style I guess, but I'll have a skunked Heineken over this Mexican pipi de caballo any day.

This one needs to be drink on the beach during hot summer days. I see no other purpose or reason to drink this. Also, ensure it is fresh because the skunky taste will overpower everything else about this beer.

Bottled. Well, served at a bar so it may have been kept in a carton and not light-struck, since it's not as sucky as I'd expect. It is just a little bit maltier than most American megabrews. So I'll at least rate it a little above the average swill. As you might guess, the was the most exotic “import” the bar had.

It's been awhile since I consumed garbage like this and Michelob Ultra on consecutive days. Upon opening the bottle, a white-striped, black-furred animal with a long bushy tail jumped from the bottle, ran into the road, and was promptly killed by a speeding car. That describes the aroma. The flavor was likewise reminiscent of that peculiar, noxious mammal. Why anybody would drink this as a staple is beyond me.
