Panda at home from SHIG. A clear dirty golden coloured pour with a loose off white head. Aroma is some earthy grains, toffee, farmyard, fruit cake, roasted raisin. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, earthy grains, nutty apple cake, raisin. Palate is semi sweet, thin, earthy grains, lowish carbonation.

Panda at home from SHIG. A clear nutty brown coloured pour with a loose beige head. Aroma is nutty malts, twiggy, toasted bread. Aroma is semi sweet, earthy grains, earthy roast, light liquorice, black malts, jammy malts, meh. Palate is semi sweet, little thin, lowish carbonation.

Flavour is composed of thin light grains, damp straw, little estery, apple, pear, little phenolic note in the finish. Palate is thin, grainy, lowish carbonation.

Aroma is lightly toasted, malty, caramel, floral, gently spiced, cardamom, touch of spruce. Medium sweetness and moderate bitterness. Medium body, a little fizzy. Not your standard IPA by any definition but quite likeable.

Moderate sweetness and medium bitterness. Moderate body, somewhat watery, soft carbonation. A bit medicinal to finish. Not too keen.
