Description
Founded in 2012, we are the UK’s most northerly and remote brewery, based on the island of Shetland.

We are as much Scottish as we are Nordic which gives us our unique outlook on life, and it is reflected in the beers we brew.

We believe beer shouldn’t have boundaries. From lagers, to IPAs to oatmeal stouts, we have something for everyone. We brew beers that we love to drink, and we hope you enjoy them too!

Can on the Aberdeen to Orkney ferry. It pours light hazy orangey - amber with fluffy white head. The aroma is sweet, juicy, tangy, white bread orange marmalade sandwiches, kumquat, tangerine, splash of fanta, pine needles and bubble bath. The taste is crisp, dry, firm and bitter upfront, pithy, zesty, tangy orange marmalade, tangerine, grapefruit, kumquat, pine needles, peppery spice, biscuity malt base and light alcohol with a dry, orangey finish. Medium body and average carbonation. Think is rather decent actually. Nice tangy orangey hops.
