Tap, Abbotsford, Edinburgh. Orange brown color, short head. Malty aroma, bitter taste. Bit watery. Nothing special.

Cask handpull at Thomas Ingoldsby, Canterbury. Chestnut with deep lasting beige head. Green apple, bitter. Not a lot else to say. Green apple in mouth, acidic, citric hop finish. Probably not at its best as Mordue is a pretty good brewer. Touch of toffee

Cask gravity at Dover BF 06. Golden with white head. Grassy, hay, good hoppy beer. Quite nice hop with drying hop citrus finish. 3.4/5 Re-rate County Hotel, JDW, Ashford, lots of citrus hops, fantastic condition on handpull and good biting hoppy finish.

Cask at White Horse, Dover Pale gold colour and very slightly hazy so wasn’t sure if it was supposed to be a faux wheat beer. However, it was very light with lemon citrus fruit and a very refreshing session beer feel. Extremely pleasant

[Cask at Charlies Bar, Copenhagen] A hazy orange beer with a small orange head. The aroma is very light - too light for me - what is there is sweet and hoppy. The flavor is sweet and very hoppy - from a weird hop sort - it gives it a medical notes, as well as hints of citrus. The end is dry hoppy and bitter - but still from this weird hop sort. Not my hop sort!

[Cask at Charlie’s Bar, Copenhagen] A hazy orange beer with a small white head. The aroma is very hoppy and flowery - very summerly - reminding me of walking on a meadow in the summer sun. The flavor is dry hoppy, with hints of hay, combined with hints of citrus, primarily grapefruit - though without the sourness. A very refreshing beer.

[Cask at Charlies] A hazy amber beer with a small amber head. The aroma is sweet with notes of caramel and nicely hoppy. The flavor is roasted and very fruity, lemon as well as hints of grapefruit, coming from the nice aroma hop, the flavor also contains notes of caramel, and has a nice dry end. The body is thin.

Cask at County Hotel (JDW) Ashford. Not quite ready to be on yet, but still passable even for that. Ruby brown with off white head, good balance of malt and hops. Malt on Nose and in mouth with dry bitter hop finish. After a long day at work, it was very welcome to find this beer.

[Cask at GBBF 2004] A yellow beer with no head. Both the aroma and flavor are sweet with notes of honey and hops. A very fresh beer.

On Cask. Appearance, Light orange/red, with some amber. Partial clouding. Aroma. Juicy and malty. Begins very sweet and somewhat watery. Like a mix of sweet malt and apple/lemon/cherry juice. Quite interesting and not bitter at all. I will have to try again as this was served at about 65 degrees and I got the feeling this was old. Not strong no matter which way you look at it. Finishes sweet and watery with a slight dry nutty old flavor.
