Borefts XII Day 2. Clear bright gold beer, small white head. Palate is light and fairly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Bright but sour fruits that get a little acidic. Hard to pick up the whiskey barrel in this bath of tartness but some very mild whiskey borne fruits. Dry finish. Yeah, a bit sharp for me.

A surprising amount of flavour for a plum wild, which are usually fairly subtle and smooth. Lots of ripe plum, sweet, fruityness. Base is nicely sour, with a little bit of vinegar and some funk. Very tasty, nice amount of fruit.
