Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this "beer" poured a medium golden color with a huge fluffy white head. The aroma was a vile dry vegetable soup. The flavor was tangy, sour and very vegetal. Vile. Disgusting.

0.33L bottle. Classic hazy light yellow colour. Almost no banana and bubble in the mouth, very dry with some spices (cinamon and clove) and some faint pineapple notes. Very refreshing but not too complex.

Aroma of toasted malt, chocolate, and perhaps banana. Almost opaque brown color with a beige head. Rather thin bodied. The carbonation has some bite. The flavors are toasted malt, chocolate, and arguably some coriander. The finish is smooth, toasted malt, and light bitter. After a bit some spiciness, like dilute clove, erupts in the mouth. Apparently it needs to be warmer than frig temperature, as banana also comes out after awhile. Complexity develops.

Bottle. Aroma of wheat, maybe citrus, but not detecting banane. Apricot gold color with a fine bubble, substantial white head. Thin to medium bodied; carbonation that is almost creamy. The flavors are wheat, citrus, and some sort of yeasty spice. Arguably a bit of ripe stone fruit. Overall, the palate is subtle, and it’s really rewarding. It sparkles. It refreshes. There is something like banana oil lurking at the finish, but I didn’t detect banana in the beginning. It’s a good drink. Period.

Bottle from Corks off-licence, Bristol. Near black with a big tan head. Aroma of caramel, dates and yeast. Flavour of caramel, bananas and spice. The alcohol provided a warming finish without overpowering. Very good.

Bottle. Cloudy amber with a big white head. Banana aroma with some cloves and yeast. Flavour of more bananas and spice. This was a bit one-dimensional.

From the bottle as recommended: Cloudy light colour, no head visible. Very light fruity aroma if you want to stick your nose in a bottle. Sweet flavour with a hint of yeast. From the glass like a real beer: Cloudy yellow with a huge head. Fruity fresh aroma with a bit of hay. Sweet and thin flavour with just a little fruityness at the finish.

Very nice looking beer. Hazy wheat color with a large white head. Aroma is spices, yeast, some citrus, and wheat. Not all that exciting. Flavor is light, but refreshing. Spice, malt, yeast and some sweet fruits, though none of the flavors are all that strong. Nice bubbly mouth. Nothing too exciting, but not bad.
