Shared bottle at Mi2 at Cardinal 18.11.19. Very pale golden. Diminishng white head. Aroma of harsh margarine, lime and lemon zest and raw pale malt. Similar taste. Decent citrus bitterness is lingering on.

330 ml bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 4.8%, 20 IBU. Slightly hazy deep golden colour, moderate white head. Aroma of earthy hops, biscuity malts and over-ripe red berries. The flavour is moderately fruity and malty with a hint of smoke, moderate earthy hops in the finish.

ABV: 6.0%. Unclear medium orange yellow colour with a small average, frothy - fizzy and open, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, moderate hoppy, herbs, fruity hops, light marmalade hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a long duration, fruity hops, pale malt, marmalade hops, dry, hoppy, hop bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20191009]

Super thick, smooth, sweet and rich. Excellent balance between a chocolaty, sweet, rich stout, and woody, vinous tannins from the cask. Molasses, deep red wine, chocolate, cherry and a lovely mellow bitterness at the back end. Amazing beer.
