[Cask at the Hope Tap (JDW), Reading.] A straw coloured pour with a dense cream coloured head; light summer berry aroma; dry in the mouth with biscuity malts and some strawberries, raspberries and cherries; then a dry finish with a light bitterness.

Light golden, clear, with a small white head. The aroma is subtle but pleasant, with light maltiness, caramel, floral notes, and a hint of exotic fruit. Medium body, low carbonation, nice maltiness, caramel, and fruity notes. A slightly bitter finish that drowns out the primary flavours. Overall, it's very refreshing and thirst-quenching.

Cask at the Barrel Vaults, St Pancras, 03/10/2025.
Golden pour topped with a lasting off white cap ... lacing ensues.
Nose is airy malts, floral tones, grass, orange zest.
Taste comprises melon, soft malts, lemon rind, light breads, grass.
Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close tickled with mellow hop bitterness.
Okay cask affair.

A Hairy Biker went to the same university as myself. Clear copper-amber traditional tasting ale, with a hop-malt balance and a malty-bitterness to finish.
