Cask op Borefts '25. Nadat de zeer fijne bubbels zijn opgetrokken blijft een helder goudgeel bier over met een fijne witte kraag. Geur is granig, gistig. Ook wat fruitig in de mond. Smaak is iets bitter. Zeer zachte koolzuurprikkeling. Bitterige afdronk.

Pour is a clear tan with a large white head. Aroma is bready, earthy malt with a touch of hops. Flavor is pretty much like the aroma. An earthy malt with a spicy hop finish. A little watery in the end but this is probably what IPA tasted like 100 years ago.
