A: clear golden, small, foamy, white head.
A: honey, biscuit, plum, apricot jam.
T: sweet plum, honey, biscuit, cake dough.
F: soft floral hops, honey & cake.
P: medium body, slick texture, soft carbonation.
No frills, just a plain good honey beer.

Very nice and neutral not coriander or spice or banana. Just mild and dry fruity. Gentse gruut ghent

Fles (Yuzu) thuis geprobeerd met Roelzie. Het is een helder geel bier met een wit schuim. Het heeft een citrus achtige geur. De smaak is wat tarweachtig, waterig met tonen van citrus.

Fles thuis geprobeerd met LiekevdV. Het is een troebel roodbruinig bier met een medium witte schuimkraag. Het heeft een tarwe en kriekenachtige geur. De smaak is zoetig, siroopachtig met een licht zuurtje.

Pretty cloudy pale beige beer, small aery irregular off-white head, unstable, leaving some lacing. Aroma: pretty yeasty, spicy notes, some coriander, little fruity touch. MF: soft carbon, medium to light body. Taste: bit chemical, some citrus, lots of yeast, spicy touch. Aftertaste: unpleasant bitterness, yeasty, spicy, dry finish.

Clear blond to light orange beer, creamy irregular white head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: very floral, sugary, yeast, sweet, ginger bread, honey, malty, bit oxidized. MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: bitter, some cookies, oxidized, lots of orange peel, bit sourish. Aftertaste: mainly oxidation I'm getting, soft bitterness, malty, orange peel, bit chemical, yeast, very unpleasant.

Bottle from LDW, Eke. Hazy yellow apple juice colour. Sweet nose of candy, green apple, apple juice. Taste is sweet with weird bitterness. Not balanced at all. Bit soapy and chemical. Not nice.

15/12/2016 @home - 33cl bottle from a trade with tderoeck. Amber colour with no real head, just a small lacing. Malty, sweet, some caramel. Way too boozy.
