On tap @ Avery Sour Fest 2014. Pours a cloudy, light yellow appearance with a white head. Honey, lemon, vanilla, wood, and orange blossom in the nose. I could detect the tequila once it was pointed out, but I didn’t really get it on my own. Lemon / guava / passion fruit flavor with some coconut / barrel notes. Not horrible but kind of a stupid idea.

Hazy light amber, little bit dull. Very aromatic, grapefruit, and other citrus. Good nose. Lots of bitterness, not much chewy malt....pretty good balance. My type of pale ale.

Medium brown, thin head, toasty aroma, a bit thin, touch of fruit. Ok, maybe a bit thin, crackery, dry finish.

Dark brown. Sweetish aroma, touch of fudgey, sweet, I’d say nutty but I’m not really getting that. Just kind of a sweet stout.

Slightly hazy, thin head, big chile aroma, fresh anaheim mostly. Green-tasting, fresh and balanced with just a touch of earthy ancho. Maybe some diacetyl kicking up late.

Tap. Pours hazy hazel, small tan head, decent lacing. Aroma is bourbon, dark sugars. Flavor is quite sweet, bourbon, sugars, orange peel, light spices. Light lingering bitterness. Medium body. A bit disappointing, honestly.
