Opaque black - brown beer, small tan head. Smooth palate, a little soft. Lactose sweet malt, a little cream. Nice super mild roast. Trace of dark chocolate. Semi dry finish. Fresh tasting malty beer. Not bad!

Drought. Dark brown with small beige foamy head, very little fruity aroma, high carbonation, cherry-caramel taste, average finish. Little weak for a milk stout.

Location: Draft at Ginger Man, 4/12/13
Aroma: It has a somewhat cocoa nose, vanilla is present too, and there's light roast here
Appearance: It pours a clear reddish-brown color with a frothy light brown head on it
Flavor: I thought that this one had too sweet a taste, it could use some roast or hops or something
Palate: It has a medium body, and it has a soft, smooth and creamy feel on the mouth
Overall Impression: There are things to like here, but at the same time, this one is a little gimmicky and extremely sweet. It is still pretty tasty, but I could have used more balance.

1liter bottle. Aroma fruity, whole array of tropical fruits, also caramel, small ripe grapes, also some hops. Hazy deep amber colour, stable head. Taste very complex, same as aroma. Cognac, wood, initially sweet, caramel and fruity. Towards the finish drying alcohol takes over. Full body, chewy mouthfeel. Late finish is dry alcohol, but not too unpleasant. One for sipping.
