12 oz bottle. Poured into a rounded wine glass. Color is a ruby red and dark orange like tea color. Poured with minimal head that quickly turned into lacing. Aroma is very present - all hop but a nice mix thats very original. Not dominated by the latest fade. A mix of citrus, pine, and tea. Similar taste. This is my kind of IPA, not abrasive, perfectly balanced. Finishes with slight bitterness.

Deep clear amber body with a sticky off-white merengue peaked head. Rich malt aroma perfumed with grapefruit hops. Solidly, but not overly bitter, with a good underlying malt sweetness. Good bitter finish.

Had this bottle at the Brickhouse brewery as I was taking to Tommy Keegan’s parents. I was told the orginal idea for this beer but long story short it came out different. Poured clear yellow with a medium head. Aroma is citrus and malt. Taste is simliar but in general the whole thing isn’t a strong presence. Nicely carbonated mouthfeel.

Beer pours opaque black with a dark tan/light brown head. The head turns to lacing quickly but the lacing stays for a while. The aroma is present, roasty coffe, cream and a piney hop in the background. The taste is also roasty and the ony lactose I can detect is a faint chocolate- millk like aftertaste. Medium body, slight bitterness. A very nice stout.

Copper in color with sticky white lace - very piney hop aroma, with grassy/herbal qualities and a background of strawberry and caramel - nice fresh hop flavor, with plenty of bready malt to back it up - some light fruit in the background (cherry and strawberry mostly) - with a little more body this could be an imperial IPA.

Interesting aroma of lactic sweetness, cherries and milk chocolate - quite a creamy mouthfeel, but the body is a little thin to sustain the sensation for too long - cocoa and a mild fruitiness dominate the flavor - a tiny hint of minerals and milk - a decent stout.
