Description
Master Brewer David Cosseron founded the brewery in 2014 in Breteville-sur-Ay. Guillaume De Lestrange took over the brewery in 2018. Since spring 2019, the brewery has been installed in a new production workshop in the town of Pieux, 20km from Cherbourg. A space dedicated to tasting and sale welcomes the public.

The brewery offers craft beers made locally with organic farm products. A long-standing commitment that continues by favoring Norman malts and hops. The artisanal brewery Les Travailleurs de l'Amer produces organic labeled beers using the traditional high re-fermentation method. Inspired by English “Ale”, our range reveals notes, aromatic flavors and a balanced roundness of bitterness.

An eco-responsible approach that also aims to limit the environmental impact of their production, particularly in terms of water consumption and by favoring waste recycling. The residues of malt brewing are distributed to Galloway cows raised in the open air in the moors of Vauville. The Enercoop cooperative also supplies the brewery with 100% renewable energy.

330ml bottle from Noz, Nieppe. Pours a hazed, dirty brownish amber with no head, fizz circling. Bit ropey to taste as well.. high carb, murky in the glass, no head.. something not right here.

Sights & Swills Summer Holiday Beer#83. MONT SAINT-MICHEL. Bought from a range of about five from the brewer at the Abbey shop of Mont Saint-Michel, and drank shortly afterwards. It's a fairly standard stout with hints of roasted malts amongst a more dominant floral dark-malty aroma and taste.

Bottle shared courtesy of Grumbo with ITFCDan. Aroma of coffee, roasted malts, chocolate and cocoa. Very carbonated which takes away from the taste.
