500ml bottle at restaurant in Canberra. Crystal clear golden beer with thin white head. Light rice taste, lightly carbonated. Vegetal finish. Not great but fine with Japanese food.

From notes: bottle bought in Tokyo in May 2008, enjoyed October 2008. Almost black color. Small head. Aroma’s: sweetish, roasted malts. More roasted retronasal with additional sweetness and some bitterness. Flavor is moderate sweet, coffee, moderate bitter. Light to medium bodied. Finishes with coffee, bitter, but not harsh. Nice!

Can. Golden color, slightly hazy. Sticky, uneven off white head. Aroma’s: sweetish, sweet fruit, light resin. Retronasal it’s resinous, sweetish, fruit. Flavor is moderate to full bitter with a light malty sweetness. Medium bodied (@5.5%). Dry finish, moderate bitter. Not the best of IPA’s but decent enough.

Negra espuma cremosa beige, duradera. Aroma muy tostado. En boca sabor a malta tostada, catacter entre dulce y ahumado, sabrosa, notas de chocolate. Cuerpo moderado, final seco y más amargo.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Lior D’s place. Thanks Shmupi. Clear golden with a white head. Grainy aroma with corn. Sweetish flavor, grainy, corny, with a bitterish finish, slightly metallic. Light-bodied.

Bottle at Takumi Craft Bar, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a hazy reddish brown with a thin broken off white head. The aroma is metallic hop, light red berry fruit. The flavour is moderate bitter with a light crisp watery grainy biscuit malt, fruity, metallic hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.
