Bottle thanks to Wingman. Near clear brown beer, small bubbly pale tan head, short lived. Smooth light palate, mildly dry, decent fine carbonation. Sweet dark chocolate, good sweet bourbon soaked fruits. Tidy, basic in it's flavour profile but utterly solid.

Bottle shared at the craft beer junction bermondsey tasting. Many thanks to Wingman dave for this one.. A hazed dark brown black coloured pour with a halo of tan head. Aroma is plummy, brown sugars, chocolate, rum barrel, vanilla, oak, Warming alcohol. Palatebis is medium sweet, oily, solvent alcohol bite. Little harsh.

500ml (thx, Kevin G.!) @ Ryan's shared with Brian. Appearance: very dark brown with some beige head. Aroma: loads of vanilla, nice American oak, some dark chocolate. Quite sophisticated. Taste: moderately sweet and thick, lots of vanilla, some chocolate, earthiness from vanilla beans notes, brown sugars. I would prefer this one to be more smooth and silky. Overall: it's good, but IMHO it's still not worth the hype.

Poured from 500mL bottle. Near black with small beige head. Nice vanilla character, soft chocolate underlay, very mild bourbon barrel, smooth and balanced.
