Les Intenables is not just a brasserie – it is a place of conviviality where creativity and friendship mingle in every sip. Founded by a close-knit group of friends sharing a passion for artisanal know-how and a refreshing lack of seriousness, our microbrewery is a place where good beer and shared moments are in the spotlight.

0.44l can from somewhere in Prague, guessing Galerie piva. Shared with Hrabren and Ogi. Very dark brown body, off-white head. Chocolate cake aroma and odd sharp raspberry on top of it. Lean, dry taste, empty, nutty, odd raspberry, notable alcohol presence, solid roastiness. Nice creaminess but the vague corky tartness on top of it doesn't mesh well with it. Messy, below standards of the two breweries.

0.44 l can thanks to Marko, shared with Ogi and him. Hazy dark brown, small beige head. Aroma is chocolate, dark fruit, ethanol. Soft caramel, toffee and prunes. Soaked biscuit with fruity filling. Quite rich. Alcoholic, medium to full body, burnt, toasty, some chocolate and quite some raspberry. A bit harsh, astringent, warming, boozy, dry finish, some tartness.

440ml can. Opaque, darkest brown colour with average to huge, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, dark beige to tan head. Chocolately, dark malty and fruity aroma, notes of dark chocolate, cocoa, raspberry, whiffs of liquorice. Taste is slightly bitter, roasty dark malty, minimally chocolately, dark malty with low residual sweetness, slightly fruity and minimally bitter, resinous hoppy, some cocoa, dark chocolate, hints of raspberry, liquorice undertones; raspberry induced, minimally fishy overtones.
Viscous texture, smooth and soft, rather cloying palate, fine, dense, soft, creamy carbonation.
Minimally disharmonious, un-integrated, quite viscous, almost smoothie-like - decent.

Flight.
Poured deep orange in color ,hazy.
Aroma of sweet ovenbaked apples, sweetsour notes, some light spiciness. Kinda liked the aroma, but this on is quite sweet for a "sour" beer.

Can, thanks a lot Paul! Pouring it in I regret following the instructions to agitate the can beforehand - pours pink fruitgoop with pale pink cream head. Pleasant fruit salad aroma. Actual smoothie mouthfeel, chewy with a pleasant enough fizz. Tastes like a fruit smoothie topped with sparkling wine, which honestly is not that bad, I am just not sure we still can consider this beer at this point. Still, fun and flavorful drink, I am well impressed the can kept as well as it did - I was expecting a bomb at this point.
