(Bottle 75 cl) Courtesy of fiulijn. Cloudy, amber golden with tiny impurities and a rather handsome, off-white head leaving some lacework. Aroma of fruit and alcohol. Quite full-bodied with lots of sweetish, fruity notes, roasted malt. Sherry-like and quite complex. Almost no bitterness but a very warming alcohol. A nice one. 150807

75 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a lacing white head. Malty, hoppy and dried fruit. Minor sweetness, driedfruity note. Warming finish with a dried fruit note. 6-3-7-4-14

Cloudy light amber color; creamy head. Strong aroma, malty, sweet, a bit fruity. Good body strength, sweet malt flavor, with light caramel, very light sweet liquorice; elegant and very pleasant.

Cloudy dark amber color; creamy head. The aroma is pungent, with caramel, spices, but also pond water. Good body strength, with caramel flavor and a too high vegetables and iron touch. The bitterness at the end is too much, and the final has also some of the unpleasant flavors, with a touch of sweet liquorice, and still the dirty water. Rather unleasant.

Bottled. An amber beer with sediment floating around under a lazing orange. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of caramel and light notes of spices. The flavor is sweet malty with light notes of alcohol and stronger notes of caramel and spices.

Fully hazy orange beer with a huge, dense cream-coloured head. Perfumey, pine forest, cypress, earthy, a touch of Brett, lactic acid (but again only a tad), spices (ginger, lavender,...) Dry, extremely spicy flavour, ending quite bitter. Seems completely fermented out, more than usual in a honey beer. Esters, yeast-determined, and again Bretts, IMO, though pretty little acids within the taste. Medicinal, more than a bit. Bit aggressive MF, dry, metallic in the end even. ABV given seems to be on the low side, seems more in reality. Very spicy, though no spices added (according to the label!). Weird, but not bad.

Bottled. A hazy orange beer with a beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of spices and lemon grass. The flavor is slightly acidic with notes of malt and strong notes of spices among them lemon grass and coriander, but the body is thin.

Clear, golden body. Off-white head. Aroma of hops, oranges, flowers, flour. Lightly bitter, lightly sweet flavour. Moderately bitter finish. Not fully succeeded, but not bad either.
