440ml can. Poured a crystal clear yellow golden colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is big raspberry vanilla. The flavour is strong sweet, with a crisp, light, juicy raspberry, big sugary vanilla lactose palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation.

Bottle from Home Bargains, Salford. Pale clear yellow with a light carbonation. Has a very bland apple taste, although the fruit is more evident in aroma, and too an extent aftertaste.

Can from Home Bargains, Blairgowrie. Pours clear golden with a thin white head. Aromas of lactose and tropical fruit. Taste is sweet orange. Really sweet finish. Sickly.

Can from Home Bargains, Salford. Dark and very mildly hazed amber with a small head. Quite an ordinary hoppy brew pepped up a little with light cinnamon, with its winter style orange fruit at best in its aftertaste.

Can. Deep copper in colour, with a frothy, off-white, head. Red berry, nutty aroma with a hint of citrus hop. Flavour had sweet berries, a hint of ash and solid malt backbone, leading to a dryish finish. Unusual and enjoyable.

Bottle from Home Bargains, coming with a big dimple pint glass to drink it in. Golden with a small head. Hoppy bitter, with the latter aspect a little more stated, and perhaps a better description than the one in the title of the brew.

Can at home, thanks to Sharon for picking up from the B&M nesr her mums sometime before Xmas, 12/01/24. Unclear reddish amber with an off white cap that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is candied orange peel, herb, light winter spice, biscuit, grains. Taste comprises cinnamon, clove, touch of caramel, biscuit crumbs, light spice rack, herb. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Not bad for what it is if a little harsh and basic in places.

Can from Home Bargains, Reading. Chestnut coloured with a white head. Lebkuchen up front. Clove and cinnamon with earthy notes. Fruit cake then some nice bitter orange marmalade to finish. Long lasting spicy aftertaste. They've nailed this; a really pleasant surprise, didn't expect something this good from Home Bargains.

[44cl can from Home Bargains.] A pale chestnut pour with a fast fading white head; cinnamon and Christmas spice aroma; sharp bitter orange taste with some cinnamon; then more cinnamon adding warmth to finish. I’m not a fan.
