Bottle shared at the CBC 1st Birthday Party, London - thanks to...The Wolf? Pours hazy yellow with a big, white foam head. Dusty straw nose, some yeast, faint dry lemon. Medium sweet flavor, yeasty dry dough, light bitter hay. Medium bodied with average to lively carbonation. Sweet finish with some sticky sugars, light hay. It’s a touch sweet, but OK.

Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, sweet chile fruit, wood, light roasted, light coffee, light dry wood. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light acidic with a long duration, spicy, tart, dark malt. Body is medium, texture is oily and sticky, carbonation is soft. [20120919]
