21/2/2022. Bottle sample courtesy of SHIG, cheers. Pours clear dark brown with minimal head. Aroma of sweet toffee, golden syrup, dried fruit, prune, boozy notes. Medium sweetness, medium plus bitterness. Medium body, slightly sticky, soft to flat carbonation. Warming alcohol finish. Very nice.

Panda 🐼 at home thanks to SHIG. A nice chestnut brown coloured pour with a loose beige head. Aroma is earhy burnt toffee, apple, mealt apple, burnt grass, Flavour is composed of semi sweet, cakey malts, toffee, figgy pudding, brown sugars, singed. Palate is medium sweet, chewy, moderate carbonation, light spices Warming alcohol in the finish.

Panda 🐼 at home thanks to SHIG. A a dark nutty brown coloured pour with a lasting greyish beige head. Aroma is nutty earthy grains, wet coffee, earthy coffee bean. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, earthy roast, light green pepper, coffee bean, grass, light ash. Palate is semi sweet, lighjt tang, moderate carbonation.

Panda at home, thanks to SHIG, 30/01/22. Deep chestnut brown with a beige cap that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is stewed fruits, nutty, brown sugar dusting, fruit loaf, dark malts. Taste comprises fruit cake mix, toffee, brown sugars, light spice, good dose of booze, caramel fudge. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced rising boost. Decent easy sipping BW.

9/1/2022. Bottle sample courtesy of SHIG, cheers. Pours very dark brown with a small beige head. Aroma of camp coffee, roasted malts, cocoa powder, toffee brittle, dried fruits. Moderate sweetness, gently roasted bitterness and body. Average carbonation. Nicely done.

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from Beautiful Beers. Pours deep brown with a thick, creamy tan head. Light-medium sweet flavour with notes of zippy-pithy grapefruit and lemon, sturdy roast, earth, cocoa, ash, burnt pine. Medium bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Hearty roast and baking cocoa to finish, citrus rind, pine, earth. Very nice.

Panda at home, thanks to SHIG, 03/01/22. Light black with a good sized lasting beige head. Nose is coffee bean, spice, dark malts, herb, charr, mellow roast, cocoa powder. Taste comprises coffee grinds, roast malts, spice, toffee, dark malts, dried fruits. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close. Solid coffee profile and flavours in general for the low ABV.

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from Beautiful Beers. Light sweet flavour, very soft roast, a little earth, burnt rubber, dried berries. Light bodied with delicate carbonation. Light earthy bitterness to finish, a little more burnt rubber, dark fruits. Basic but not bad.
