Taste is sweet, apple, fruity, juicy, with some orchardy barnyard funk and bittersweet tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-dry funky tannic finish,. Nicely drinkable.

Taste is sweet, fruity, cooked apple, syrupy, then funky, horseblanket, mucky, leather notes, and citric, slightly tart, with some drying tannins. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-dry funky light tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Taste is sweetish, fruity, apple, juicy, with farmhouse funk, leather, earthy orchard, green wood, alittle citric tartness and lots of drying tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, drying tart and tannic at the finish. Very drinkable.

Panda 🐼 at home big thanks to Colin. A hazed deep orange coloured pour with a halo of white head. . Aroma is semi sweet, melow funk, bark frunky apple, little horsey funk. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, woody, dry bark, tangy apple, bark, horsey funk, twist of lmeon, nice funk. Palate is semi sweet, light tart, mellow carbonation, spicy finish. Nice.

Bottle at home, from Elston & Son online, 19/02/23. Another carrot fruit smoothie mix kind of looker with no head. Nose is funky apple, herb, hedgerow, bitter sweet tones, farmyard. Taste comprises tarte apple, light clove, modest funk, hay bale, orchard wood. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close with some light acidity. Solid depth of flavour to this one.

Panda at home, thanks to Fergus, 07/01/23. Almost clear golden copper with a just off white head that dissipates to bubbles at the edge of the glass. Nose is crisp apple, farmyard esters, light funk, orchard wood, burnt caramel. Taste comprises orchard wood, barnyard notes, light dung effect, apple skins, vinous, tannins, funk, bitter sweet apple. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close with a good funky rasp. Solid stuff.
