Bottle at home picked up from HOTM. A light hazed deep golden orange coloured pour with a lasting off white whisp. Aroma is nice big woody funk, dry apple, bark, some prickly apple wood. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, earthy apple, woody funk, plastic hockey puck, mellow horsey funk, light prickly finish. Palate is semi sweet, light tannin, mild prickly, mellow carbonation. Nice depth of flavour.

Panda 🐼 at home big thanks to Colin. A clear deep orange coloured pour with a halo of white head. Aroma is semi sweet, light toffee, candy sugars, light woody apple, bark, waxy apple, mellow funk. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, rounded, sweet apple, light toffee, bark, light apple, dusty apple cottage. Palate is semi sweet, light tang, moderate carbonation. Really nice.

Panda 🐼 at home big thanks to Colin. A light hazed yellow straw coloured pour with a halo of white head. Aroma is nice spicy funk, prickly funk with vinegar licks, rustic apples, a little sweetness. Flavour is composed of tart and dry, pithy apple, lemon twist, dry tannic bark, some funk. Palate is dry , pithy, tannin, powdery carbonation. Good.

Panda courtesy of Theydon_Bois, cheers Colin! Orange golden colour, short-lived bubbly white foam head and aroma of apple, mucky funk, orchardy. Taste is sweetish, apple, fruity, funky, horseblanket, muck, leather, orchard floor notes, with bittersweet tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonatio, drying tannc finish. Nicely drinkable.

Bottle at home, from Elston & Son online, 04/12/22. Moderately hazed golden yellow with a fast collapsing white head. Nose is apple orchard, light funk, tangy apples, sharp apple, wood must, herb. Taste comprises crisp apple skins, funk, barnyard, twist of lime, hay bale, tannins, light acidic twinge. Medium bodied, fine to spritzy carbonation, light drying close. Solid crisp and refreshing cider with a light funky edge.

Bottle at home, from Elston & Son, 04/12/22. Lightly hazed orange golden with a good sized white cap, as it goes for a cider, that dissipates in time. Nose is sweet edged apples, sugars, light funky notes, hay bale. Taste comprises crisp apple, tannins, residual sugars, light barnyard tang, apple pie. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close. Easy quaffing apple juice.

Aroma is semi sweet, dry woody apple, bark, barrel staves, hint of vanilla, dry and prickly. Flavour is composed of tangy apple, bark, candy apple, bark, deep apple character, hint of funk. Palate is semi sweet, tangy, mellow carbonation, semi crisp finish. lovely.
