Bottle at home, from Elston & Son online, 06/09/23. Golden copper with a good sized just off white head that stays a while, good head work for a cider! Nose is tarte apple, cider ice lolly, hedgerow, straw, light farmyard twang. Taste comprises bitter sweet apples, modest funk, tannins, caramelised apple, sugar dusting, vinous strains. Medium bodied, light spritzy carbonation, drying close. Solid apple joose for just 3.9%. Was riding at a 3.8 but dipped to 3.7 after a while ... just a touch overly sweet for me.

750ml bottle from Fine Cider Co. Golden colour, some short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of apple, fruity. Taste is sweetish, apple, fruity, with some skin, funk, alittle tartness and orchardy, bittersharp tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, drying mellow tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Taste is sweet, apple, fruity, caramel hint, orchardy, barnyard funk, woody with bittersweet tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, drying tannic finish. Nicely drikable.

Nose is apple skins, light caramel, crisp apple, sugars, Taste comprises bitter sweet apple, light barnyard nip, modest funk, apple skin, tannins, farmyard notes. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close. Solid well balanced bitter sweet affair, crisp, refreshing with just a hit of funk.

Panda 🐼 at home big thanks to Colin. A hazed deep orange coloured pour with a halo of white head. . Aroma is semi sweet, melow funk, bark frunky apple, little horsey funk. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, woody, dry bark, tangy apple, bark, horsey funk, twist of lmeon, nice funk. Palate is semi sweet, light tart, mellow carbonation, spicy finish. Nice.
