Panda at home, thanks to Graham Grumbo, 04/06/24. Pale almost translucent yellow with a thin crown of white bubbles that dissipate to the edge. Nose is sweet pear, grass, herb, sugars. Taste comprises bitter sweet pear, not as sweet as I'd feared from the nose, grass, grains, light orchard wood, apple skins. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, light drying close. Pleasant enough Perry.

Started very sweet, with some nice tartness developing. Moderate body, oily, average carbonation. Nice tangy tart finish. Improved nicely as tartness came through.
