Quite hazy for the style, golden with an orange hue, an off-white frothy-bubbly head, good retention and full of sticky lacing. Super fruity aromas that you would find in not only NEIPAs, but Double NEIPAs. Oranges, mangoes, mild peaches and a tad of funk that comes out eventually. Citrus flavours with again, lots of oranges, light lemon zest, stone-tropical fruit notes and oats lingering. A juicy mouthfeel with light, slow building dryness. Mild tart left on the tongue. This is quite the fruity, juicy NEPA, that feels closer to a full NEIPA - not cutting down on pleasure.

Draft: Poured a clear amber color ale with a medium size foamy head with OK retention and some lacing. Aroma of semi-sweet caramelized malt. Taste is also a mix of semi-sweet caramelized malt notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Middle of the road amber that pairs well with the BBQ dinner I had.

Lightly hazed, darker amber colour, a nice creamyish warm, light-beige head that lasts a while. The bottle does over overflow with what looks like a bubble bath soapy action. Big apple nose with a touch of caramel malt, hints of vanilla-oak and red wine. The Belgian Dubbel style is mild with spices, and again - full apples in the flavours. Some cherry sourness is maybe hidden in there, and toast. Quite smooth as a mouthfeel, not too thick, with a nice, light drying finish. An easy-drinking Belgian strong beer with lots of apple notes and a tad barrel funk.

A black colour, no highlights, with a smaller warm-beige coloured head, light retention and a soft ring left around the beer. Big chocolat, cacao aromas with some nuttiness, coconut and with a touch of alcohol-barrel spirit. A slick, slightly oily mouthfeel, but lighter than a Stout, being a lager - like it should be. Some dark fruits in the flavours, so less chocolaty, showing off a bit more the roasted malts, and not as sweet as the nose gives out to be. A tad maple lingers on the tongue, but not syrupy. A nutty tartiness is left afterwards. Quite a nice Baltic Porter that adds a nice Quebec barrel touch.

Clean, mid-golden colour with a whitish head, average stay and some light foamy lacing. Some good cereal malt base with a touch of spiciness, and some herbal-grape hoppiness. The taste shows a nice blend of Pilsner spiciness, cereal malts, herbal-grassiness and a tad white wine. Even, some particles comes out at last pour. Quite a nice, spicy, refreshing Pilsner with a touch of New-Zealand hops.

Clean, amber colour with some golden highlights, a warm off-white frothy head, good stay and some foamy lacing left. Grassy aromas with some pine wood chips and a caramel malt base. The taste shows decent bitterness, with a herbaceous touch, some pine needles and a tad caramel-cereal maltiness. A nice West Coast IPA collaboration between Spark Beer (which I use to live close-by, and Gallicus celebrating their 7th year).
