Hazed, golden-yellow colour with frothy white cap, good retention and some foamy streaks of lacing. Citrus aromas with lemon zest, and its juices with oranges. The taste is mild with citrus notes, zesty mostly, which makes the finish is quite drying for NEPA. More of a dry, zest-citrusy APA, but quite drinkable.

Clean, golden-amber colour with a nice frothy-creamy light-beige head, good retention and some creamy lacing streaks. Fresh cereal malt aromas with a touch of caramel, Belgian yeast giving hints of spices. Eventually, banana notes come out. The taste is showing the Belgian side more with some rye notes, wheat and a decent drying finish. Good grassiness lingers. A nice, refreshing Belgian ale that goes down easily.

O:5.46 V:4.41 G:5.62 C:4.2 G:12.38 T:32.07

Pours a clean golden colour with light carbonation, a white foamy head, average stay and ring of foam. Cereal grain malt nose blended with mild grassy hops. The flavours a much of the same, all lightly balanced with a decent drying. An easy-drinking, festive Oktoberfest brew that is all well-balanced on the mild side.

Clean, golden colour with a frothy white head, decent retention and some small foamy spots on the glass. Juniper berry aromas from the gin, oak from the wood and mild spiciness from the Pils malts. The taste shows a little more of the Pilsner side. Nice and smooth mouthfeel with some mild dryness in the end. Hints of funk, corn in the nose as well. Some bitter notes do come out as it lingers. Apples flavours, a touch of alcoholic gin-berry and oak-vanilla. Quite a nice, interesting touch on the Pils-style.

Clean, amber colour with a big frothy, light beige head, good retention and a bunch of tiny spots of lacing. Aromas of toasted malts, some caramel ones, good fruitiness and some nuttiness. There is also a good amount of hops in the nose, but this continues into the taste. Some roasted malts, bread cereals, nuts, hints of wood. Gets a little hazier as it pours. A little fruitier than a Nut Brown Ale with decent hops, making this one a refreshing darker ale.
