A hazed milky yellow DIPA with a no head. In aroma sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, tropical fruit, light citrus pulp, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, tropical fruit, light citrus pulp, nice and smooth.

A deep dark stout with a very thin mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity chocolate malt with dark fruits, licorice, light vanilla, alcohol warmth, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity chocolate malt with dark fruits, licorice, alcohol warmth, light maple syrup, very nice and smooth. On tap at Festival des Bières de Laval 2025.

Tap at BPBW 2025. Blackish body, off-whtie head. Sweet, huge aroma, cake, walnut, wood, pleasant. Similar taste, cake-like, walnuts, sweet, all over the place, some chocolate, light roastiness, vaguely tart, significant barrel presence, bitterish finish. Impressive, even that late, even among all the great beers that day. The hoppy stuff was so-so at moments, but Sir John's other beers étaient vraiment impressionant(e)s. Respect!
