Sample, thanks oh6gdx! Hazy golden, small head. Aroma of mango and pineapple. Sweet with above medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Fruity with syrup, apricot and mango. Low bitterness.

So glad to see them do their first Triple IPA ! Hazy, golden-orange colour with a big, frothy, warm-white head, good retention and thick creamy lacing. Loads of fruitiness in the nose, with tropical notes, citrus, hints of farm and just a tad of alcohol. A wet, juicy mouthfeel with some slow building dryness that cuts the thickness, but not overpowering. Citrus zest flavours with a touch of tropical-stone fruits and mild grassy hops lingering. Happy 6th birthday (which I celebrated with you at the brewery) and hopefully many more Triple IPAs.

Thanks fonefan! Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, some mild cannabis like sweetness, and a bunch of grains/wort. Flavour is floral, grainy, some cereals, mild fruity tones with some citrus as well.

A lightly hazed golden ipa with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, light pine needles, pleasant and smooth. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with resinous piney hops, grapefruit pulp, pleasant and smooth. On tap at St Joseph location.

Hazy, orange colour with some big soapy bubbles on top, and a film covering the glass. The mango is nicely blended with a touch of passion fruit. The vanilla ice cream comes out eventually. Getting some Graham cracker notes, but not listed in ingredients. A lightly thicker mouthfeel, juicy, slightly creamy with a mildly drying finish. The fruits are well-balanced in the taste, with the sourness and light vanilla, lactose. A pretty nice, first "sure pâtissière" from this good brewery.

Hazy, golden-orange colour with a small white head, but leaving some nice creamy-sticky lacing. Lots of fruitiness in the nose with a blend of mango and a touch of pineapples. Some orange juices balance the rest. The white grapes of wine of Nelson Sauvin come out in the taste, mixed with the citrus, stone fruits and tad grassiness. A very nice, juicy NEIPA that seems lighter in mouthfeel, but with some good fruitiness and hoppiness of three different levels.

A decent slight haze, golden colour with a white head, good stay and sticky, creamy lacing clouds. Yeasty aromas with good maltiness, cereal notes and fresh herbal hops. The taste shows nice spicy malts found in Pils, with the yeastiness blending well and a touch of grassiness. A crisp mouthfeel with some well-balanced drying finish. A good refreshing Pale Ale with rice blending things well, but the hops balancing things nicely.
