On tap at À La Dèrive. Pours clear blonde with a white head. Dry grass and cracker malts on the nose; a bit peppery. Flavour has dry herbal grass, a bit peppery, stale cracker malts; a bit soapy. Not bad.

On tap at À La Dèrive. Pours dark brown with a beige head. Roasted malts and herbal grass on the nose. Flavour has dry roast, cloves, gentle nuttiness, and some gentle floral notes. Decent oatmeal stout.

On tap at À La Dèrive. Pours hazy yellow with a white head. Pear skins, pepper, and tons of bandaids on the nose. Flavour has peppery yeast, lots of rubbery phenols, and a pears in the baseline. Initially the phenols are manageable, but as it warms dominate. Disappointing.

On tap at À La Dèrive. Pours hazy gold with a white head. Some pine and resin on the nose. Flavour has pine, chewy malts, some resin. Pretty muddled. It's okay.

Beautiful fresh pepper and lemon notes blending well in the aromas, with the Saison yeast help. A clean, lighter golden colour with a small white cap, average stay and a thin coat over the brew. Some lacing streaks are left as well. It does get hazy as it pours, and the head gets bigger, with better retetntion. The spicy-peppery aspect continues in the taste with a touch of Pils to add the spices. A crisp, lighter-bodied, wet mouthfeel with a little dryness in the end. A nicely balanced Saison with two peppered spices for an extra kick.

Dorée, léger paille, col blanc crémeux tenace.
Arôme est parfumé avec de suite un bouquet belge tirant sur les esters – dommage pour le côté saison. Délicat apport poivré, mais aussi un côté poire/coing en appui mais aussi un bouquet d’agrumes.
Palais est sur une belle base belge sans pour cela m’emmener dans le caractère de saison – petite note de poivre avec un effet adouci de la poire. Note d’esters belges – bananes plus que de saison et ce côté classique rustique. Fine douceur en fin de bouche, apport des poires, pointe d’agrumes et fine sécheresse sur la fin.

Arômes poivrés, épicés avec clou de girofle et cannelle.
Également au nez: une base maltée miellée et des accents fruités rappelant les agrumes (citron) ainsi que des houblons herbeux et floraux.
Le liquide est très pale et flou, ressemblant à une blanche.
La petite mousse pétillante ne s’éternise pas du tout.
Citronnée et poivrée en entrée de bouche.
Les accents épicés sont au rendez-vous avec poivre en abondance (mais sans être excessif), clou de girofle et cardamone.
Le fruité est également bien présent avec citron et orange.
La base maltée recèle quelques accents miellés.
L’amertume est douce et la finale met en valeur un peu de houblons herbacés mais soutient surtout une arrière-bouche épicée et poivrée.
Une saison typique et bien conçue avec un bel équilibre de l’adjuvant.
Rafraichissante et bien appréciée.

A milky orange ipa with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, very nice and classic. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, very nice and smooth. On tap at brewery.

A hazed blonde saison with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light grassy hops, light fruity esters, light herbal character, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity banana malt with light cloves, light grassy hops, light mineral notes, pleasant. On tap at brewery.
