Draft at the Lord Nelson, Sydney. Poured a slightly unclear, yellow, almost opaque colour with a thin broken white head and lots of champagne bubbles. The aroma is crushed apples. The flavour is moderate sweet, with a light, crisp, light herbal, juicy apple palate. Medium to light bodied with lively carbonation. A simple cider but it works.

Tastes stronger than the published ABV.

Can. Just cloudy gold with a good cm of dense white head. Aroma of peach, crackers, candied peel. A bit on the thin side but it does mean the modestly bitter finish is enough. Refreshing.
