Description
Conceived as a ‘nomadic’ project, The Beak has spent several years creating unfiltered, seasonally-inspired beer with friends at some the greatest UK breweries, including North Brew Co, Partizan, Beavertown, Burning Sky and Northern Monk. We've now laid roots in our hometown of Lewes in East Sussex, where we've built a 15-BBL neighbourhood brewery and taproom with a mixed-fermentation project and weekend street food canteen. Please come and say hi!

Can. Beer Stop, Dronfield. Soft haze on a medium gold. Fine white head sticks around. Nose has honeyed grain. Sweat, sweaty yeast. Light floral hoppage. Taste is pretty sweet, and a little floral and spicy, with a light bitterness. Smooth mouthfeel. Not too clean, really. Feels a tad stodgy. Fine, foamy carbonation. Moderate spicy finish. Expected more.

Can sourced from Ales & Brews and shared at home - hazed opaue golden yellow pour with a nice white head. Long bank holiday weekend starts now! Lovely nelson here with vibrant notes of crushed gooseberry, white grapes, some melon, citrus fruity orange and lemon, light bitter rindy citrus peel, sweet smooth malts, assertive hoppy finish. Gorgeous. Glad we seem to be getting lots of these guys beers here, really impressive so far.
